Jessica Lucas had a bleak year that began with a bleak start. In April 2010, after several months of appearing in Cult (which first aired on February 19 in 2013), the show was cancelled. The final 13 weeks of the show were broadcast by CW later in the year. But participating in a show which had to be cancelled before the premiere isn't an ideal situation. The bright side is that her acting career seemed to be improving in increments. Jessica Lucas starred as Michael B. Jordan's American wife in the film That Awkward Moment, which premiered in early in 2014. However, she was involved in an affair so she has an advantage. Lucas excels in every scene, despite the fact that this film primarily a buddy story. Lucas also shines in her small scenes from Paul W.S. Anderson period action-adventure film Pompeii. Shenae Grinsey AnnaLynne McCord or Jessica Stroup soon joined her in four episodes of 90210. She joined the cast in the year 2009 on Melrose Place, a rebooted version of the 1990s hit show. Riley Richmond was a good-hearted elementary school teacher.
